What’s your skin type?
Learning will enable you to take better care of your skin, and focus on what it really needs.
Sensitive Skin
Sensitive skin can be difficult. It can be dry, can breakout frequently, and can’t handle a lot of skincare products out there. Unfortunately, the list doesn’t stop there. You may have itchy patches, redness, or can even become hot and red due to touch.
Acne-Prone Skin
This type of skin is prone to acne. It will get breakouts due to certain products, hormonal disbalance, and sensitivity. This type of skin is usually oily or combination.
Dry Skin
Look for signs of skin tightness in the morning, as well as dry patches. It may also appear dull and dry.
Oily Skin
This skin type is best recognised because the skin is slick to the touch and shiny to the appearance. You may experience more blackheads and enlarged pores as well.
Normal Skin
Normal skin doesn’t have any of the above-mentioned issues. You’re in luck! Skincare will be easy for you!
Skin isn’t that simple, which is why there is also combination skin. Certain areas might be oily, while others might be dry.
You be the judge. Look at your skin and decide. x

I suffer from Psoriasis and although it is not bad on my face I have to mske sure my regime is good to help hold it at bay. I cannot use fragranced products and would love to try otjer products but worry it is money throw away if my skin reacts. Do you think High Holborn would work for me?

Do you have any advice foe older skin? I am in my eighties and have very dry skin. I have always been complemented on my skin but if that is to continue for my last few years I suspect that I may need extra help!

My skin is sensitive. I have been using the serum but my skin is feeling drier! Why would that be?
